I find saree uniform to be especially interesting and a very feminine way of displaying individuality but at the same time keeping the uniformity.

Somewhere in Gujarat, surveying the little people, a confident woman takes stock. I bet she was the MC of the event, but I’ll let saree do all the talking.

Geeze… I love her work, but this has to stop. As I said before we should take away her license to wear a saree.
This one looks like a candy factory had an accident – bright orange with purple and valveteen and what is that green stuff?!
It hurts my eyes, and my soul to see a beautiful and accomplished woman dressed in such a hideous saree.

Just absolutely hate the disjointed borders on a saree! Shown at the Chennai fashion week a few weeks ago.

What dark blue and dark green saree combo?! Were they just playing eeni-mini-miney-moe with the colors and picked two?
Especially with the highlights in her hair, the saree combo just looks out of place and incongruent.

For somebody who takes great delight in noticing and identifying different shades of colors, I found this cartoon to be very funny!
What I hate the most is when people confuse Maroon with Brown…!

Shilpa has perfected the art of wearing a saree below the navel (ok, way below the navel), without looking slutty.

I like this saree, period. There is an inherent glow to the saree and I like the mesmerizing pallu and understated border.
The design of the blouse is consistent with the theme of the saree and that is A-OK with me.
What I hate about this is that the execution of the blouse – seems like it is trying to provide support where she doesn’t need… let me just leave it at that.
Some might say that this saree is slightly outdated, may be, but as saree designs go, I like it.
