Not sure if the backless style of the blouse will continue or not. Here are a couple of more options, very deep back cuts.

This had to happen sooner or later. Both of the girls are wearing saree for the first time so they are allowed little more leeway, but if you didn’t have a blouse, wouldn’t you be tempted to put on a tube top? What’s the difference?
Here the tube-top is improvised, but it doesn’t have to be so. A great saree ensemble can be made using the tube top and a saree.
By the way, I also see a day where the half t-shirts will be worn with sarees! Can’t wait for that to happen.

It has lovely embossing around the neck and sleeves. It has a smart neck-line, which enhances its elegant look. Also, the blouse is stretchable along all dimensions and hence you can get that perfect fit you desire. A truly exotic piece!

I don’t like this saree as much, but the reason it is being showcased is that the design of the blouse is interesting.
First of all, it is 3/4 sleeve length and it also has a nice design on the sleeve. Add the open neck with matching frill to it and it becomes distinctive.
Most of the sarees have half or at most 3/4 length blouses because the way the sarees are dispensed. The sarees come with a piece for making a blouse and it is generally not enough to make a full sleeve blouse.
We should change that in some premier sarees, doesn’t make sense to save a few dollars and be constrained by the design.
Interesting saree blouse designs. I especially like the one on the left. It is not uncommon for the fully curved, half circle design to not fit perfectly, so I try to avoid that.

This Tuesday’s blouse design is simple strapless one.
This particular image defeats the purpose of wearing a saree, it is supposed to be used to hide the body parts that are not in perfect shape but here it seems that it is being used to highlight those parts.
Tarun Tahiliani showed some pretty art deco T shirts a few years ago. In some situations, with the right saree, an art deco blouse would look really stunning.
This is not it, but you get the idea.

I think sleeve less or spaghetti strap blouse might also have suited well with this saree but I am glad they chose 3/4th sleeve instead. What can I say, its cold out and my favorite model doesn’t like cold and I feel her pain.
Even the design is a bit too spring like for the weather outside.
