Beautiful small size embroidered saree and matching blouse.
I prefer this a lot more then the large motif embroidered saree. Also noticed that she chose green earrings, matching with the embroidery color of the saree.

Nice – the first blouse is traditional, same as saree, blouse and the second one is a heavily embroidered blouse that picks up the color of the embroidery! Perfect.
I generally recommend that for every decent saree, have two or three blouses made. Blouses are cheap and what you will find is that one of them looks so much better than the rest. To me, the ability to optimize the choices is worth the trouble of making extra blouses.
You can see several different types of embellishments here; zardosi, sequins and silk embroidery. Very intricate and detailed that gives the richness and the depth to the saree.

The embroidery adds so much more depth and character to this saree. When you see a pallu, you find a vine meandering around and you wonder where it ends up and what else is on the pallu.
Very nice!

It was the ‘strength of a woman’ that shone bright at the the Hobby Ideas Women Achievers Show 2008 on Saturday night, as forty women achievers from different fields of life walked the ramp wearing Shaina NC’s saris, in a show choreographed by Hemant Trevedi in aid of the Cancer Patients Aids Association.
