But I must agree, this pale pink, though ubiquitous, is not amongst my most favorite colors for sarees. In fact, most pale pastels don’t really appeal to my eyes. They are just a bit too, well, pedestrian. Safe. Mundane, even, considering the many complex and exotic tonalities and designs available.
But you’re right, these shots work, mostly because of the model’s confidence, poise and energy.
As is oft stated in these pages, a woman’s best accessory is her smile.
Both of these pictures are gorgeous! I agree that the saree is nothing special but the model and the photographer have between them come up with some spectacular images.
