This looks like a Sunit Verma saree, although not exactly.
But this combo of highly embroidered blouse combined with a simpler saree is very alluring to me.
This is not even the best example of it. Reshm embroidery on the saree combined with matching blouse could be stunning.

Pretty embroidery in the blouse, and I rather enjoy the way the white contrasts with the darker blouse. Wish we had a clearer a shot of the blouse.
