Lovely – very whimsical and playful collection. The guy wearing a saree and a hat looks goofy but not-unmanly.
I also liked the matching gloves with the blouse idea – nifty.
Simyaana.in is a great concept, it combines several designers and gives them an opportunity to be seen in stores in various locations.
Colorful. Playful. But I don’t quite get any theme, except that the ad’s sorta “Benetton-esque,” with a mash-up of clothing styles and looks. Are there any Desi in there?
It is a mish mash because it is a collection of several designers, showing their work under one boutique, Samiyaana. Samiyaana literally means big tent.
As for desi, the girl who is sitting down, in purple, is Mahi Singh.I recognize her, rest of them might be non-desi.
