I strongly dislike this one as a saree for the red-carpet event. First of all, in the full picture, you notice that the border, the dark pink one that coordinates the blouse to the saree, can not be seen! So the top and bottom look like separates and do not work as an ensemble. There are few other reasons why light transparent saree with bold colored blouse might not be a best combo for an event under the bright lights.
The “blouse” looks like a bikini top, and the white sari a beach cover-up. Too informal and the contrast is really distracting!

i hate the saree.. oh im such a hater!! anyway… the work on the saree is so dull.and it is giving a heavy feel.
