HIjab and Saree
Love the saree; I wished she had chosen a coordinating hijab. Also notice the long sleeve blouse, as is required by the religious code.
One of the reader wrote to me a couple of weeks ago “Can anyone please send me pictures of women or muslimahs wearing sarees with their head scarfs(hijab) on?”
So here it is.
I think there is a need for a saree line that is more responsive to the requirement of muslim women.
It needs to have a longer blouse piece – so full length blouse can be made and it needs to allow for the possibility of hijab as an additional element of the saree.

i thikn the girl wearing the contrast hijab looks better than same colour hijab. you can admire her sari. with her friend you cant quite admire the beauty of the sari.
all in all they both look great and i LOVE the long sleeves. brocade silk works well with long sleeves
poor muslim womens i feel pity on them are nt they get suffocated these muslims are nuts they think if there women will not get covered with a burkha they would get raped they have got a short and negative thinking some1 plz change this outdated thinking of these muslim ppl they need to know world has gone beyond moon and still they have these orthodox and hypocretic thinking
