There is a thin line between sexy and lewd, and Kashmira Shah has drawn that line – with her pallu that is (see pic below)! With her chest totally exposed above the pallu and her hips jutting out from below, Kashmira has shown that there is a right way to do a sexy sari, and a wrong way. We regret to say that her look is much too in your face to look truly sensual.

Same blouse, completely different saree with different primary colors, different secondary colors, different drape and different silhouette.

These are from Shobha De December 07 and May 08 collections.

I am not complaining about it or chiding her; on the contrary, I want to point out that the modern saree ensemble, with bold designs, allows you to experiment and try some interesting combination.

Blouses are relatively cheap, so get more than one blouse for each saree and then you can also experiment with combinations that are slightly different but make the outfit inters ting.

This has to be one of the most unusual and most revealing sexiest saree drape that exist!

As I have mentioned several times, the saree is 5,000+ years old but the blouse is a very recent phenomena.

Saree is the only garment that takes the form of the person wearing it; ok tube-top does that too, but let’s not go there.
